Step into a day of deep transformation as we journey through time to heal what was, embrace what is, and call in what’s to come.Led by myself (Teri), a seasoned past-life regression hypnosis practitioner and meditation teacher, the day begins with a powerful, safely guided past life meditation to uncover and understand the roots of patterns that still affect you. Each meditation throughout the day is thoughtfully designed by me to support deep emotional healing and personal growth.
Next, we’ll tend to the inner child and teenager within — parts of ourselves that still carry wounds from this lifetime — with the support of Jess, a gifted healer and somatic practitioner. Jess will hold space with compassion and care for all that surfaces, offering grounded, intuitive support.
In the afternoon, we’ll meet our highest self — the version of us already living in purpose and power — and begin to align with their energy to move forward with clarity, strength, and intention.
The retreat includes time for reflection, a catered lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. You’ll also receive a printed workbook to take home and audio recordings of all meditations sent to you after the workshop for continued integration.
