What to bring:

- Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully during the regression process. You may want to bring layers in case the room temperature changes.

- A Blanket, cushion, or meditation chair: To enhance your comfort, consider bringing a blanket, cushion, or even a yoga mat. This will help you settle into a cozy position for the guided relaxation. We will have extra mats provided if you do not have one.
