Recommendations for the journey:
-Refrain from alcohol and other substances leading up to the session and for at least 24 hours after if possible.
-Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers in case you need to warm up.
-Please avoid caffeine on the morning of your session.
-You may choose to fast before the journey or eat a light, nourishing meal 2-3 hours beforehand.
-Bring a journal if you wish, as you may find it helpful to write down details of your experience while it still feels fresh.
-An eye mask may help deepen your experience.
