Join us this incredible experience of journeying to explore your own personal past lives!
Licensed clinical hypnotherapist, Walter Ernst, will guide you on a group journey through multiple past lives using various hypnotherapy techniques and specific cues that help you go deeper into the process. At the end of this experience we will have a brief share period for those who wish to share what they saw during their journey. If you are unfamiliar with hypnosis this experience is similar to experiencing a calming guided meditation. This is a great experience for those who are curious about past lives, QHHT, and more, who want to try a less formal version of it before investing in a 1:1 session to go deeper.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for this experience as you will be laying down for most of this class.
