Please note the workshop experience differs to 1:1 QHHT sessions as those are done in a deep Theta state which is not possible in a group setting.
All is absolutely safe and you will still be aware, nothing like the stage hypnotists do :)

Location: In person at the Bridge, St Helier (Training Room upstairs). We will be sitting on chairs.
