Our first version of this meditation was held back in 2017. Meet the version of yourself you never knew.
My first introduction to this meditation was back in 2017 and it was one of the favorites of my clients. Did you ever wonder WHY things may scare you? or Why you feel a deep connection to a time or a place? Join me as I walk you through a deep guided mediation to connect with the part versions of yourself that you never knew. Bring your yoga mat, pillow and some water. Space is limited. I do not reguire deposits as "life" happens. ( for both of us) but I do ask that you register. If you cannot make it and you have registered, please be considerate of others who may be waiting. I keep my classes small as to be more personal. The fee for this class will be $25. You will recieve a complimentary gift to aid you in this mediation as well as knowledge in past life regressions.
