In this monthly cook-along series, the DC Department of Parks and Recreations' Environmental Division hosts chefs, small businesses and food artists from throughout the District to teach residents how to prepare a dish that reflects seven of DC's sizable communities of immigrants.
This month, to celebrate Carribean Heritage Month, Trini Vybz Food Truck will lead us in a culinary workshop to learn how to prepare a traditional, Trinidadian dish.
