About the SVAT Passport
Community members visiting the artist studios and art locations around Tulare County during the two-day event will need to acquire a SVAT Passport or access the online digital map. The SVAT Passport keepsake booklet provides all the information, maps and directions needed to access the studios and artists.
While participation to this event is free the physical booklet needs to be purchased. All visitors will also have the option to use the FREE digital map that only contains artist's locations and information. The digital map is only made available the day before and the days of the event.
NEW THIS YEAR - STAMP RALLY
For the 2025 SVAT we are holding two opportunity drawings for participating visitors! Passport Booklets will include *pages in the back that provide a space for artists and locations to either stamp, place a sticker, or sign (each artist and location will be unique!) More details to come on our website. These pages will need to be provided to the Arts Consortium, physical pages or picture, to be entered into the opportunity drawings.
*Visitors who are not able to purchase the Passport can still participate; printable pages will be uploaded to our website.
BENEFITS of purchasing a SVAT Passport booklet:
- Keepsake booklet with images of the art and information of the participating artists
- Plan your visit by having the booklet early you are able to plan which places you want to visit. Digital Map is only available a day before and during the event.
- Supports the Arts Consortium help support the arts in Tulare County and keep our events free for the community.

Not able to purchase it online?
The Passport booklet will be available to purchased at the same price of $5 at the Arts Consortium location, when available. It is a good idea to pre-order yours to guarentee you will receive one. We will only have a limited quantity at the Arts Consortium, availablity not guarenteed.

Please always be respectful of artists homes and other locations you visit. We ask that you visit only on event days and scheduled times.
Some artists have open studio hours or you can schedule a visit with them outside of the event; keep a lookout for those!
