Messianic Passover 2025 at The Back 40
How does one put into words the significance of this celebration? We can try explaining it, but if a picture is worth a thousand words, an experience is worth a million. When GOD invited us to commemorate this event, He didn't put a sunset clause on it: He said to celebrate it as a memorial day, a feast to the LORD, thorughout your generations, as a statute forever. We invite you to join our family and our small group as we come together to answer God's sacred invitation and explore the shadow pictures of our Messiah in the ancient Passover celebration. We will go through our family Seder (a re-telling of the story of Israel's deliverance from Egypt), dig into the ways that our Messiah has fulfilled this sarifice, enjoy a delicious feast, and have a wonderful time of worship. We believe that all Scripture is valid and true. We believe that our salvation comes only by grace through faith - no amount of trying to save ourselves will do. We also believe that our God calls to us to join Him at His appointed times, not to "get saved better" but to meet with Him at His request when He requests it. When our King calls, we answer the call and gather together to honor Him as an act of worship and gratefulness and devotion.
