Passive House Open House Sebastopol

Windhorse Orchard is a family-led, single-family residential renovation and land restoration project in Northern California that is resulting in one of the most sustainable and ecological homes in the country. We are pursuing Passive House and Living Building Challenge Certifications.

We are excited to open our doors and show you our work in progress. We welcome homeowners, architects, engineers, designers, builders, students, and anybody who is interested in healthy and energy efficient buildings.
