I’m Ruta, Founder of Redefining Success, Business Coach, Transformational Life & Relationship Mentor, Unconventional Executive & Leadership Coach. After quitting my corporate career in 2019, I pursued my dream of becoming my own boss. I’m celebrating exactly 5 years of full-time coaching clients worldwide, navigating challenges, and experiencing mind-blowing rewards.
