Passing and receiving is one of hockey’s most important skills. The ability to pass and receive the puck separates average and elite players in every category, from Atom to Pro Hockey.The key to improve your passing is to master the simple technique of looking before you pass and the fundamentals of the forehand sweep pass. Once the sweep pass is executed properly the player will easily master the skills of all other passes such as the snap pass.
Shooting is a passion for most young players. The passing and shooting camp will give you the opportunity to practice the fundamentals of shooting and to work on the key aspects of your shot, quick release and accuracy.
Seminars will feature hockey instructional videos (will complement the ice sessions) and will introduce you to a mental training component such as goal setting, visualization and much more!
