About this Event
Transition Planning for Youth with Special Needs and their Families Through Secondary School and Beyond!
Passages is an annual information fair organized in partnership with Thames Valley District School Board, London District Catholic School Board and TVCC with representation from both school boards and multiple community partners who support youth and young adults with disabilities/special needs.
This event is a wonderful opportunity for our local community partners to connect with young people, their families, caregivers, educators and each other.
The focus of the event is supporting students with special needs through secondary transitions to a variety of post-secondary pathways including school to work, college, university or community.
Last year, this event attracted just under 200 participants from the London, Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford region with over 39 community partner exhibits.
We are excited to invite you to be a part of our 2024 PASSAGES event and share your services/resources with families by being a vendor at this event.
