Welcome to Pass It Down, Pass It Own!
Come join us at 4603 York Rd to learn strategies that incorporate practices that promote positive communication, healthy experiences for self-care, family connectedness and building community.
Thriving Communities Collaborative in partnership with the University of Maryland developed this project to promote healthy community interactions in our neighborhoods by sharing the wisdom of elders to support intergenerational connections.
The goal of Passing It Down, Passing It Own, is to give encouragement and develop activities that help us to share with our family, friends and community the wisdom of our life’s experience in a way that promotes healthy living.
