Each session will be held at the Pasquotank Extension Center on Wednesdays from 9am-12noon. Cost for each session is $10, which helps cover cost of supplies. Classes will consist of an educational component, hands on food prep and processing, walking through the actual canning process, exploring recipes and a review of commonly asked canning questions.
