Mabuhay!The Philippines, and the roughly 10 million Filipinos around the world who are a part of the global Filipino diaspora, are very well known for having the longest #CHRISTMAS holiday celebration. Philippine Christmas Season, or Pasko, starts with the “BER” months (a.k.a. SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER, and of course, DecemBER) and doesn’t end until the Three Kings Day in January.
It is in the festive spirit of Paskong Pilipino that we invite you to the first annual PASKO CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL in Torrance, CA on Friday, November 28th! This free, family friendly celebration will be held at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center (3330 Civic Center Dr, Torrance, CA 90503) from 4pm until 10pm.
Bring your family and friends and enjoy a jolly holiday celebration with live performances, delicious Filipino food, retail & non-profit vendors, cultural workshops, and fun contests that will kick off with a Parade of Parols and will culminate in a Community Caroling to really get everyone in the Christmas spirit!

We’re currently seeking VENDORS (Food, Retail, & Non-Profit/Info Only), PERFORMERS, and PARTICIPANTS in the following CONTESTS:
- Parol Making Contest (family or organization)
- Poster Making Contest (students)
- Choir / Caroling Contest (students)
- Most Festive Vendor Booth
- Best Holiday Dressed Attendee
- Most Represented School / Organization
Lastly, running a big event like this would obviously entail quite a bit of financial resources, so we’re definitely also looking for generous SPONSORS to be able to afford PASKO.
