We have another fabulous event for you - our first ever PASK Kitchen Takeover! We are very excited to announce that our good friends (and local culinary legends) Simon Lillico & Max Gibson will be taking over our kitchen on Saturday 16th November.Simon and Max will present their exquisite 5-course menu, drawing inspiration from their culinary journeys both nationally and abroad.
The menu celebrates the finest produce from Hawkes Bay and across New Zealand, featuring dishes like South Island Stracciatella cheese, roasted Hawkes Bay lamb saddle with touch of Middle Eastern flavour, and a decadent cherry and chocolate dessert paired with Pask Tawny.
