Recovery Lab Mornington invites you to embrace the uncomfortable and join us in celebrating World Mental Health Day! Dancing, ice baths, infrared saunas and connection are some of the best ways to support your mental health and overall wellbeing. Take it from me, Zahli (the manager), who believes the combination of all these things helped me survive some of the hardest times with mental illness.

The event will begin with an introduction and mindfulness exercise, then into group infrared sauna sessions and guided cold water therapy with an awesome dj playing music throughout the night. Wear bathers or active wear you are comfortable getting wet in, and your favourite comfortable dancing outfit. Bring a towel and a change of clothes so you can keep on dancing into the night. Hydration drinks will be available to keep you feeling your best while you sweat it out in the sauna or on the dance floor.

We encourage everyone to come with an open mind and embrace the uncomfortable! We aim to create an opportunity for all people in our vibrant community to enjoy the benefits of our services while connecting with others and themselves through dance!
