Save the date for Party for the Planet, an Association of Zoos and Aquariums event, on April 26 from 10 AM - 3 PM!Join the River Museum and its conservation partners to help celebrate our amazing Earth! Vendor booths will be set up around campus with various interactives and information about local and regional conservation efforts. Members of the River Museum's Living Collections team will host special keeper chats about the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) Saving Animals from Extinction (SAFE) programs for Wyoming Toads and Freshwater Mussels, highlighting the conservation work happening here in Dubuque to save species.
Guests can also bring home yellow birch saplings, courtesy of Wagner Nursery. Bring in a canned food item for $5 off your total ticket purchase! The food drive benefits the Dubuque Food Pantry.
Activities are included in general admission, and regular add-on daily activities are still available!
