Want to fill an evening with light brainy fun? Then join and try our board games sessions. A simple formula: a table, group of strangers, few hours and a bunch of games.GAMES 🎲
You don't need to have any experience playing board games. We mostly play party board games: easy, fast and quite fun. All rules will be explained and any new players are appreciated. Games are selected based on a number of players and their mood. Facebook page contains some short recaps of previous meetings if you need more info on that front.
LOCATION 📍
Rikis. A place with abandoned mall vibes in which people play board games for some reason. Get in, turn right, descend a stopped escalator and let sounds of English speech guide you to our position (usually it is under/behind the escalator, if you have trouble finding the place/table write a message).
TIME 🕖
Saturday, from 16:30. You can be as late as you want - one hour, two hours, three or even four. In fact almost everyone arrives with some delay, so don't be discouraged if you see only a few players initially.
PEOPLE 👥
Typically around 8 people join. With third of them being regulars (who go weekly or biweekly), third - irregulars (joined before but have no pattern in their attendance) and the rest - first timers. There is no limit on number of participants (the current record is 17), if more than ten turn up then we split into multiple tables.
PRICE 🏷
6 euro, 5 if you have marked yourself as going both on Meetup and Facebook, free if there are less than 5 participants.
REQUIREMENTS 📜
The ability to speak English. Nothing else much.
