If you've ever wondered how those amazing dancers you see on youtube manage to shrink themselves down small enough to fit behind your phone screen, then this probably isn't the workshop for you. But if you've ever wondered how they manage to speed things up and slow them down and look great doing it, without falling over, while somehow managing to stay on time....... then it might well be.
This month Raechel and Shanon will be teaching how we can safely and comfortably handle accelerations and decelerations in WCS, and how that helps build contrast and make your dance more interesting. This is going stretchy, oozy, snappy, quick, AND relaxed with some fancy looking variations thrown in for good measure. If those all sound contradictory at the moment then this workshop is definitely the one for you 😉
Given the nature of the material, we're restricting this workshop to those who qualify for our regular level 3 classes. Solid fundamentals are a must for this one, which is just another excellent reason to keep working on those fundamentals and everyone wins when that happens.
