Join Theresa Hansen, ERYT for this fun filled evening of gentle stretching and partner yoga followed by a romantic cocktail crafted by Bu-Zi Bartending. Some light snacks will be provided as well. Looking for a fun new way to celebrate Valentine's Day? Partner (use this term how you wish) yoga is a great way to foster trust and communication with your partner in a supportive and fun setting.
We will begin our evening connecting breath and movement with our partner. Next, we will move into a gentle flow to heat up the body. Then, we will play with fun partner postures to test our mobility, trust and confidence in ourselves and our partners. Finally, we will end with a restful Savasana.
The practice itself will be 1 hour.
We stay at The Louise to enjoy our snacks and drinks.
Please bring a partner. They do not have to be the same size as you.
Bring an open mind and loving attitude.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited to 20 couples.
