Bring another person, a friend, a loved one, or anyone who you would want to do some yoga with! We will work with breath and making shapes that involve your partner. All leading to deep rest with a guided meditation at the end. There will be encouragement of laughter, creativity, and a sense of letting go in order to welcome and cultivate trust with your partner.
This event is early enough that dinner reservations can be made for a complete night out.
Spots must be reserved with full deposit, via Venmo, cash, or Zelle
