One of the most common statements that I hear, during or after a Thai session, is how amazing it feels with added broad pressure to an area of the body. Compression and compaction are necessary to relieve tension in the tendons, ligaments, and muscle structures.
Bring compassion and quality of touch into your self-care program by learning a few valuable tools & techniques commonly used in a Thai Yoga session with a friend, partner or family member. These are simple, easy, and hands on techniques called, "Sit, Walk, Stand." Self-care is ongoing and these techniques will empower you further, plus bring some laughter and fun into the mix.
Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, or we can partner you with another participant, either way, you will learn, have fun and walk away with valuable self-care techniques.
Please be sure to register both participants if participating as a couple.
