Join us for the Partner Stretch Workshop, where you and your partner will learn safe and effective assisted stretching techniques from our certified therapists. Enhance your flexibility and deepen your connection while gaining valuable skills to support each other's wellness journey.

Must register at www.vagaro.com/choice and go to Classes. Fee must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.
Through February $80 per pair. Participants must be 16 years or older. Only one participant needs to register under a single account and bring a partner. Both individuals do not need to sign up on Vagaro; registration is required for only one person.
Disclaimer: Please note that our instructors leading our “Partner Stretch Workshops” are not certified to teach or provide instruction on Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). All techniques and practices taught during these workshops are generic assisted stretching principles for the purpose of learning new ways to connect with others and promoting assisted stretching. No FST principles, methods, or techniques will be demonstrated or incorporated in any form during these sessions.
