Calling all Royals the Princess Ball is waiting your arrival.The perfect start to the summer holidays
Parties for my Princess are holding a Royal Princess Ball!
Come along to the most magical Princess extravaganza of all time. Indulge in a beautiful afternoon tea for ALL guests (grown ups too) and meet your favourite Princesses, not to mention a few special guests.
Make your way to the Inspiration Suite at the Village Hotel Leeds North, where you will be greeted by the loveable Mrs Potts, who will escort you for your Royal Red Carpet entrance to your Princess themed table.
Before the event starts, your little ones can enjoy glitter tattoos, make a wish with our magical Wishing Well, enjoy photo opportunities and settle in ready for the entertainment to start.
The Princesses will make their grand entrance and all the children are encouraged to make their way to the dance floor for singing, games and Princess training followed by a Royal Parade before afternoon tea is served.
The afternoon tea has been carefully selected for little ones and grown ups too.
Children
A mix of finger sandwiches containing cheese, ham and jam served with crisps, carrot and cucumber crudites and sausage rolls.
Followed by chocolate brownies and mini donuts.
Accompanied with unlimited juice.
Adults
A selection of finger sandwiches contaning poached salmon, ham and mustard, egg and cress.
Followed with tea time cakes, fruit cake slice, savory tarts, scones with jam and cream.
All served with Tea and coffee
There is also fully stocked bar. (Additional charge for drinks purchased at the bar).
During afternoon tea, there will be more entertainment from special guests and the Princesses will mingle and interact with each table.
Following this, the children will be invited back to the dance floor for more singing and fun before the Princesses final farewell.
There will be lots of time for photo opportunities during the event and at the end each table will be invited for a group photograph with all the Princesses.
Important information
Everyone must be seated and ready for the Princesses to arrive on time.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your start time, when doors will open.
Failure to be on time, will result in you missing the first initial fanfare welcome.
Late arrivals may have to wait until a suitable oppotunity arises before entering.
The glitter tattoos and wishing well will be available throughout the event.
Dress code
We strongly enourage fancy dress or outfits to impress for all our mini Royals.
Smart casual attire is recommnded for adults.
Safety notice
Please note that the event and venue staff including the entertainers are not responsible for unsupervised children. All children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times.
Food safety notice
If you have any allergies please notify us prior to the event.
The hotel's kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergy free, and as a result we would NOT be able to cater for anyone with an allergy.
Babies under 1
Babies under 1 are free to attend the event when 2 full price tickets have been purchased.
The baby will not have an allocated seat and refreshments will not be provided for them.
If you would require a high-chair, please notify us at the time of purchasing the ticket.
Any personal belongings left in the foyer will be left at your own risk.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility in the unlikely event of loss or damage of your belongings.
Marketing
Please note that a professional photographer/videographer will be taking pictures and videos at the event.
The photo and video material will be used for marketing purposes.
The professional photographs will also be accessible to customers should you wish to keep them.
