Hand out treats to children in downtown Plano from 4 to 6 pm on October 23. This is a Plano Commerce Association event which Open Roads ABATE is a part of. Candy donations are needed for this event. Please bring candy to the Olesons before October 20 so it can be placed in Halloween bags for the kids.
