Part II of Ever Evolving: Imposter to Inspiration…a robust rendition of our current art exhibit, highlighting the important journey of self doubt to creative confidence, the powerful changes that come when you believe in yourself & the recognition of vulnerability as a raw material for creativity. Featuring work from talented & diverse artists across the Upstate, we will dive deeper into our theme via interactive elements including…
•Live painting by artists with an invitation to paint extended to attendees
•Overview of the science & efficacy of art therapy by Art Therapist, Courtney Chandler with Hearts For Hope Therapy
•Live musical performances
•Artist’s talk where we will engage with one another on our experiences of imposter syndrome, and turning those into stories of success & inspiration.
•An edible portion of the exhibit by our cake artist alongside other complimentary refreshments & libations
We feel strongly that these concepts & conversations are important for anyone, regardless of their field of interest & encourage taking the opportunity to relate & engage with others in this unique setting. This is considered a family friendly event though some discernment may be necessary regarding children. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
While this interactive iteration is not to be missed, & was originally planned as a closing ceremony, we have been invited to extend our exhibit through the First Friday in November!
