Presented by: Robert Bruce, Andree Evans and Kate McCandless The workshop is offered to those who have completed Part 1: Knowing Yourself, Understanding Others. It develops and builds upon the material covered in Part 1, particularly the Levels of Health, and our choices, conscious and unconscious, in moving up and down the levels. The workshop explores further insights available from other teachers including Byron Katie and Carl Jung.
An important focus is on how the shadow and other contents of the unconscious prevent us from letting go the habitual responses of the ego. We are often, with the best of intentions, doing the very things that keep us stuck in personality. In particular, we try to move towards unity by disowning the parts of ourselves we see as undesirable. Instead there is the opportunity to embrace those unwanted parts to move towards wholeness.
We feel graduates of Part 1 will find the workshop enjoyable and valuable. It is an opportunity to really use the enneagram for deep insights and awareness.
