About this Event
Join Nina Barnes for a thought provoking Kuponya Conversation!
Please join us in earning CEUs and networking with a community of healers looking to liberate mental healthcare in America!
Join Nina Barnes, M.A., SPHR, Executive Coach, Enneagram Coach & Spiritual Director, for this interactive and transformative workshop experience. Building upon Part 1, participants will review the invitation to examining the inner life. From there, participants will gain tools and practical application in how "inner work" informs "doing justice". More specifically, participants will explore unique dynamics when leading and working with justice-minded organizations and causes, and overall, in living a life that intersects with
justice work.
You can attend part 2 even if you were not present for part 1.
Tickets are free, but any contributions go toward bringing free therapy to Black and Brown community members! Pre-registration is required. Light appetizers, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages provided.
About Creative Kuponya:
After their combined experiences in the traditional mental health model, Jamil and Sara Stamschror-Lott co-founded Creative Kuponya in 2017 to provide therapy without the barriers of forced diagnosis. After losing their offices in the civil unrest following the M**der of George Floyd, they developed their theory of Transformative Community Healing and began the BIPOC Therapy Fund to provide therapy without barriers. Creative Kuponya has been featured in The New York Times and USA Today.
1 CEU has been approved by the Minnesota Board of Social Work and Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, supported by documentation of completion.
100% of the profits for Kuponya Conversations will go to Creative Kuponya's BIPOC Therapy Fund. This year we are on the way to funding over 2000 no cost therapy sessions to our Black and Brown neighbors and need your help!
