Associates may reserve up to 2 tickets — one for themselves and one for a guest. Tickets will no longer be available after the RSVP deadline.

Please have a printed or digital version of your ticket with the QR code ready for registration.

We encourage all our Associates to make a responsible choice and avoid drinking and driving. To support this, we are pleased to offer a discounted hotel rate of $169.00 plus tax at the DOUGLAS, Autograph Collection on the night of our Associate Holiday Party, December 15, 2025.

Terms & Conditions:

Please be aware that within the terms and conditions of this event, associates agree that a deduction of $30.00 per ticket will be deducted from their pay following the event if they and/or their guest fail to comply with any of the below terms:

1. Failure to attend the event, either by you and/or your guest, without proper notice of cancellation will result in charges. To cancel tickets, associates must notify HR at by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 1st, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will result in charges.

2. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

3. Guests of associates must be 19 years of age or older.

4. Associates must adhere to the check-in policy. Failure to check in, both for you and/or your guest, at the registration table (located by the coat check) by 7:30 PM, without exception, will result in charges.

5. Associates are individually accountable for attending the event alongside their guests. It is mandatory for associates to simultaneously check in with their guests. Failure to appear with your guest will result in charges being applied.

6. The tickets purchased for the event are non-transferable. Transferring tickets to other associates is strictly prohibited. Associates attending the event must possess a ticket issued under their own name.

7. If you are scheduled to work and unable to attend prior to 7:30 PM, do not register for a ticket on Eventbrite. Instead, please email HR and inform us of your anticipated arrival time (we will add you onto our late arrival list). Please ensure to check your schedule carefully as you will not be permitted to attend the event prior to 7:30 PM without a ticket.
