Join us at 5:30 pm to view the art of our cheesemongers cracking open a wheel of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano while sharing stories and history of the exact cheese we'll be tasting. We'll be serving free samples straight from the heart and will have plenty available to purchase by the pound. These fresh wedges are great to have in the fridge for a variety of meals and make for fantastic hostess gifts!
