Join us for our monthly Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking on Thursday, March 13th at 5:30pm to view the art of cracking open a wheel. This free event is open to the public and will include samples, pairings, and refreshments with plenty of cheese available for purchase.
This month we're opening a shop staple, Valtaro Parmigiano Reggiano. This wheel is particularly special to us as various team members have visited this producer in Parma, Italy. With special first hand insights, images, and stories to tell, this cracking will be extra noteworthy!
