Elegantly weird, Parliament of Owls is a black and white owl themed lantern parade based in community participation. Everyone is invited to make an owl lantern and fly together through the streets of Midtown Atlanta with the Black Sheep Ensemble! Step-off at 9pm. Flocking in The Plaza at Colony Square at 8:00pm. Parade attire is black and white. You do need an owl lantern to walk in the parade! Please fly behind the band.

Owl lantern kits will be available at Midtown Ace Hardware starting at noon Friday, July 27.
Drop-in owl workshop and kit sales will be on the Patio at the Plaza at Colony Square Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 1 from 6:30-8:30pm.

The owls should be back to Colony Square around 9:45 and the Black Sheep will play until 10pm.
