These free, fun runs are a great way for you and your family and friends to explore the parks, lakes, and woodlands of Milton Keynes, boost your physical and mental health, and meet other like-minded runners. Our friendly volunteer leaders will give a pre-run briefing and check you in once you finish.
Parks & Run is a self-guided, monthly running event offering three route options to suit all ages and abilities. Routes are fully marked, and you'll be running alongside fellow participants, making it a motivating and enjoyable experience. The distance options for this event are 2 km, 4 km, and 10 km, with a variety of paths and surfaces to enjoy.
