This year marks 20 years since parkrun’s founder, Paul Sinton-Hewitt, organised the Bushy Park Time Trial that evolved into parkrun. Since then, more than 2,200 parkruns have been set up in 23 countries around the world. But parkrun was never just a run.Paul’s vision was for parkrun to be a place for everyone, no matter who they are or where they’re from. An opportunity for people to be active together, outdoors, and take part however they like.
Join us at Cambridge NZ parkrun for a walk or run along the Te Awa River ride path. We meet at the playground by the velodrome, first timers briefing at 7:50am.
