Parkour is a great workout with dynamic movements out in the open. Such as running, jumping, and climbing, for improved strength, agility, balance and cardiovascular endurance. Come and have a taste of this for free.
This event is subject to licensing and site permissions approval. In the meantime, do register to guarantee a spot, otherwise entry will be first-come-first-in.
FREE for all - adults, young people, children and elders. This is a family-friendly event. We welcome everyone and want to ensure the space is accessible to all.
