Featuring dynamic activity stations and talks from leading specialists, the event aims to promote mobility, community engagement, and holistic well-being.
FREE parking available via FitSport Kinetics parking lot and on-street parking

Event Schedule:
- 12:00 PM – Doors Open
- 12:30 PM – Welcome
- 12:45 PM – Participants rotate through activity stations (15 -minute sessions)
- 2:45 PM – Raffle prize announcements
- 3:00 PM – Event concludes
