Save the date for our next FREE Parkinson's Power Hour! Renown Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is here to help those with Parkinson's Disease improve their quality of life as well as how to perform activities of daily living safely. At this month's Parkinson's Power Hour, we will provide information to you and your loved ones about:
- Different types of walkers, canes, wheelchairs and when to use them.
- Devices to make it easier to get dressed, put on shoes, cook and so forth.
- Techniques that can help improve walking, posture and more.
In addition, we will provide both community and general resources regarding Parkinson’s Disease. As always, an exercise component will be completed during this course, as well as free balance screenings.
