Are you looking to feel more confident doing the things you love and perform your daily activities with more ease?
Then join us for a fun, supportive, and energizing 6-week outdoor fitness class designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s!
We will meet every Monday 10:30-11:30 a.m. from March 10th - April 14th at Granada Park.
We will be focusing on enhancing:
- Mobility
- Balance
- Strength
- Coordination
Through Parkinson’s-specific exercises, including: PWR! Moves, aerobic training, balance, and functional strength training.
Please note there are mobility requirements to participate:
- Be able to stand and exercise without the assistance of a device, such a walker or cane.
- Be able to get on/off the floor without assistance
- Be able to walk for a minimum of 150ft (okay to use trekking poles)
*Exercise and Movement modifications will be done as need
