Studies have shown that the fast-twitch movements of boxing help stave off the effects of Parkinson’s disease, and this group exists to help. If you or a loved one have Parkinson’s, you’re welcome to participate, and the group is always looking for volunteers to help out. Our group does not meet on the last Tuesday of each month!
