About this Event
This year's official car park for the Turf Games Summer Festival is located at Bolder Academy which is an 800m walk from the event venue.
The car park will open at 6.30am on both Saturday and Sunday. You must show your Event Brite ticket at the main entrance to the car park. Once your ticket is scanned you will then be directed to the car park. Please park where the marshalls direct you so we can maximise space by parking efficiently.
You will only be allowed entry on the day you purchased the ticket for.
Once parked you will need to head back out the main gate you drove in and follow signs to Grasshoppers Rugby Club. This is approximately a 10 minute walk so please allow extra time to get from the car park to registration on the day you are attending.

By purchasing this car park space, all drivers and passengers agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
- Turf Games, the venue, school, landowner, and event partners accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Drivers must follow all instructions given by event staff, security personnel, traffic marshals, stewards, and venue representatives at all times.
- Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the parking area without refund.
- Vehicles must only park in designated parking areas and within marked bays or instructed spaces.
- Emergency access routes and fire lanes must be kept clear at all times.
- Speed limits and one-way systems within the parking areas must be obeyed.
- No dangerous driving, anti-social behaviour, excessive noise, or revving of engines will be tolerated.
- No alcohol consumption, illegal substances, or smoking is permitted within the car park, school premises or designated restricted areas.
- Drivers are responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle to the grounds, fencing, surfaces, equipment, property, or other vehicles. Any repair or reinstatement costs may be charged to the driver or vehicle owner.
- Vehicles parked obstructively or unsafely may be refused entry or required to relocate immediately.
- Overnight parking is not permitted.
- Access is strictly limited to approved parking areas only. School buildings and restricted areas are strictly out of bounds unless authorised.
- The ticket you are ourchasing does not guarantee a specific parking space.
- Turf Games reserves the right to refuse entry or remove vehicles where necessary for safety, operational, or venue reasons.
Additional Notes:
- Please allow extra time for arrival and departure due to traffic management systems.
- Respect local residents and surrounding areas when arriving and leaving the venue.
- Drivers should ensure vehicles are locked and valuables are not left visible.
- Parking tickets are non-refundable.
- Parking tickets are only valid on the relevant day you purchased.
- Please DO NOT leave animals in your car while unattended.
