About this Event
Join us for a site visit hosted by Galliford Try, where you'll get an inside look at the construction of this significant project in Milton Keynes. This site consists of 329 private rented apartments spread across two blocks, alongside retail space, basement car parking, and stunning external landscaping.
Since its commencement on February 21st 2022, the team has been working hard to bring this vision to life, with completion anticipated by Summer 2024. The project has been designed and constructed with the aim of achieving an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B and a Home Quality Mark (HQM) of 3 stars, ensuring not just beautiful spaces but environmentally conscious ones too.
Visitors are required to bring and wear five point PPE: hard hat, glasses, hi-vis, gloves and safety footwear.
