We are excited to announce that the 38th Annual Quilt Auction at Park River Bible Camp is quickly approaching! Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 2, 2025.The Quilt Auction has grown into our largest and most significant fundraiser, providing crucial support for the ministry of PRBC. We are deeply grateful for your dedication, creativity, and hard work. We hope you’ll consider contributing again this year to help sustain this vital ministry.
Please complete the enclosed form for each quilt or handcrafted article you donate. We would love to learn the personal stories behind your contributions—whether they are about the creator or the inspiration behind the piece. Feel free to make additional copies of the form for others who may wish to donate. Please return the completed form along with your item(s) to the camp by Wednesday, October 22, 2025. You can reach out to the office to arrange a drop-off or pick up time.
In addition to quilts and handcrafted items, we are in need of volunteers to help make this event a success. If you, your family, or your organization would like to volunteer the week before or during the auction, we would be grateful for your support. Service hours are available for those who need them, and we welcome your recommendations for volunteers who may be interested in helping.

Your generous support means the world to us, and we cannot thank you enough. We hope you’ll join us at the Quilt Auction, which begins at 1:30 PM. Before the auction, we will be serving a meal at 11:30 AM in the Fireside Room, and the Chapel will open for quilt viewing at 12:30 PM.
