Hi Everyone! We are looking for volunteers to help finish getting the fields and facilities ready for league and tournament season. PBFP focus on Bergstrom and Smiles, HBBC focus on Mike’s Popcorn, HYS focus on Scheels and State Farm
*Everyone helps with picnic tables around concessions, batting cage nets, and moving field material
*Check diamonds/dugouts and garbages for any clean-up needs (same field assignments as above)
*Hang sponsor banners, hang wind screen on Smiles
*Hang new sponsor sign by concessions (if complete)
*Install tee box stations on Bergstrom and State Farm cages
*Roll out new turf on State Farm batting cage (will likely require a front-end loader)
*Put field conditioner on Scheels/Bergstrom/State Farm
*Pack all mounds/batter’s boxes with clay
*Check supplies in dugout mailboxes
*Clean bathrooms, restock supplies
*Check propane tanks
*Hand out equipment for league teams
***Expect water to be on at the park but will update as we get closer
