Parity Baltimore is proud to unveil five newly completed homes in Harlem Park, bringing our total to seven families now in attainable homes. This ribbon cutting is more than a milestone in bricks and mortar, it represents our vision of “Development Without Displacement,” where legacy residents remain at the center of revitalization.
At this event, we will not only celebrate completed homes, but also look ahead. Parity is thrilled to announce over $3 million in new capital from our different funding partners that will fuel the next wave of redevelopment in our pipeline, scaling our block-by-block strategy across West Baltimore.
Special guests will include Maryland Secretary of Housing Jake Day, Baltimore Housing Commissioner Alice Kennedy, and additional community leaders. Together, we’ll mark the progress made, honor the partnerships that power it, and share our vision for a more equitable Baltimore where families can own, build wealth, and thrive.
