About this Event

Creating pathways to homeownership.

Homeownership is the key to building wealth, but for many of us, the opportunity is out of reach. Whether it's low inventory, high interest rates, or all-cash buyers, it's never been more difficult to own a home and leave a legacy. While it's challenging, it's not impossible, and we are here to guide you on your journey.

About Parity:

Parity was born out of a desire to combat gentrification, while also building wealth for families in Baltimore. We acquire and revitalize abandoned properties by the block, creating pathways to affordable homeownership. We believe in development that empowers residents and honors the neighborhood's history.

Join us for an exclusive information session and discover ways to be a part of the solution. Meet the Parity team, and learn more about our exceptional new homes.

Here's what you'll gain:

  • Insights into Parity's homebuying opportunities, revitalizing West Baltimore.
  • Exclusive access to property details
  • Light refreshments and finger foods

Don't miss this chance to know more about your future Parity home!

Limited spots available, RSVP today!

Bree Jones is the founder of Parity, an equitable development company which revitalizes neighborhoods experiencing hyper-vacancy. Bree is contributing to the growth of undervalued neighborhoods through a community ownership model aimed at healing place-based trauma.

Prior to founding Parity, Bree had a career in finance where she was an analyst at Morgan Stanley, a vice president at Point72 Asset Management, and an investment associate at venture capital firm Anthemis Group.

Ayla Harris works to elevate the Parity buyer’s experience by up-skilling them to the point of self-determination and financial agency. This is accomplished through our culturally-relevant curriculum and coaching. With nearly a decade in the mortgage finance, she continues to educate mass audiences via social media.
