About the Artist
Laurent Jochum serves as the principal organist at Saint Jean-Baptiste Church in Belleville, Paris. A winner of several prestigious international competitions, Jochum performs regularly in France and abroad. He has graced renowned venues such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Saint-Etienne-du-Mont, La Madeleine, and Saint Clotilde in Paris, as well as other significant venues worldwide. His repertoire spans from baroque to contemporary masterpieces, including romantic and symphonic music of the 19th century, and his recordings have received critical acclaim.
Concert Details
Jochum will perform organ classics on the majestic St. Andrew pipe organ, known as the Organ of the Holy Archangels. This magnificent instrument, designed in the French Romantic style, features three manuals, 51 ranks, and 2,891 pipes. After the concert, stay for a complimentary post-concert reception where you can mingle with friends and meet the artist.
