Homecoming Dance Guidelines and Dress Code

Dances are a privilege for attendees. To ensure this event remains enjoyable, respectful, and safe for everyone, the guidelines, dress code, and code of conduct must be followed by all guests.

Homecoming is a semi-formal occasion, and guests are expected to demonstrate respect through appropriate attire and conduct. Please review these expectations carefully before purchasing a ticket.

Mrs. Christine Baron, Mrs. Lyvette Chavez as the event hosts, reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with these rules.

This event requires modest and tasteful dress that reflects respect for oneself and others.
If you are uncertain about your attire, please seek approval prior to the event. Guests not meeting dress code standards will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.

• Long or semi-short gowns are required.
• Dresses must be modest and appropriate for a semi-formal event.
• Spaghetti strap gowns are permitted, provided they are modest.
• No plunging necklines, low backs, or strapless gowns are allowed.
• One-shoulder gowns are not permitted.
• The back of the gown may not be lower than the natural mid-back (just below the bra strap).
• No side or front cutouts are allowed.
• Slits and dress length must not rise above the knee.
• See-through or sheer gowns are not permitted.
• Please use utmost discretion when selecting a gown to ensure it is tasteful and modest.
• For your benefit, please make sure your dress stays secure and comfortable while dancing so you can enjoy the evening without constantly adjusting it.

• Dress pants are required.
• No jeans or pants with holes are permitted.
• A sports coat is optional but encouraged.
• A bow tie or regular neck tie is required.
• A collared, button-up shirt is required.
• No t-shirts, polo shirts, or turtlenecks are permitted.
• Dress shoes or clean sneakers are permitted.
• No dirty, worn-out, or athletic sport sneakers.

• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible, and courteous manner at all times.
• Inappropriate or suggestive dancing is not permitted.
• No public displays of affection beyond simple greetings.
• No alcohol, drugs, vaping, or tobacco are permitted at any time.
• Guests must remain in designated event areas throughout the evening.
• Security will be on the premises to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.
