Paris Pack Walk Group would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual Howl-een Haunt Pack Walk & Costume Contest in support of Sato Saved End of Line Rehab and Rescue. The Paris Pack Walk Group was formed in the spring of 2023 with the goal of providing dog owners in the local community with a safe, on leash alternative for socializing, training, and re-habilitating our furry friends. There are only two rules for our pack walks:
• Max 6 ft non-retractable lead required; handlers must have reasonable control of the dog(s).
• GIVE SPACE! Never allow your dog (even if they are friendly) to approach another dog without the owner’s permission
Got a Vocal Dog? Barker? Lunger? Puller? Or do they just have FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and want to meet every dog they see?
No Problem! That’s why we are here. All are welcome (except females in heat). Pack walking uses the power of the pack and invokes the dog’s natural instincts to move together in a forward direction while creating positive non-contact interaction between dogs. Most dogs settle down once the walk begins, and the more reactive dogs will trail behind the pack at a safe distance. We usually end each pack walk with a few minutes of calm co-existence. If you are willing to work on it, we are here to support!

Public Parking Lot across from Wincey Mills
We will be accepting donations of clothing and supplies on behalf of Sato Saved at the event:
• Clothing Donations - clothing / linens / shoes
(helps pay for spay/neuters)
• Supplies Donations - cleaning supplies, paper towels, pee pads, medical supplies. dog shampoo / conditioner, leashes and collars, treats, food, towels and blankets

How it Works:
Dress yourself and your pup(s) in your best Howl-een Costumes and join us for our Pack Walk through Downtown Paris.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories at the end of the walk:
• Best Small Dog Costume
• Best Large Dog Costume
• Best Pack Costume (2 or more Dogs)
• Best Human & Dog Costume Combo
• Best Scary Costume
• Best Funny Costume
